3. Is cooked Pu-erh tea worth storing?
From the point of view of the process, the fermentation of the glutinous rice determines the difference in the nature of Pu-erh cooked tea and Pu-erh tea. Although there is a partial loss of the contents of the tea during the fermentation of the glutinous rice, this is not enough to affect the more fragrant and fragrant in the late stage of cooked Pu-erh tea.
The effect of storage on cooked Pu-erh tea, in addition to the thicker and more fragrant, can also go dry to pile up.
